The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after the tour.

All guests must pass through security. Please note that for security reasons bag searches will take place at Warner Studios.

Please note that some sites on this tour may occasionally close. Any last-minute closures or changes will be communicated at the start of the tour.

Visitors are permitted to take photographs and capture video footage using handheld cameras and mobile devices throughout all areas of the Studio Tour (except the pre-show cinema and green screen areas).

Los viajeros de habla hispana, tenemos un poco de dificultad con el idioma pero el traductor ayuda muchísimo, en el estudio de la warner al ingresar si pagas por el audio guía,  pide q te explique bien como funciona algún funcionario que hable español y así no pierdes tiempo adivinando como funciona y disfrutas en su totalidad la experiencia,  que apesar de la dificultad con el idioma fue para nosotros una experiencia maravillosa y única. Todo lo demás la logística y la puntualidad del guia excelente.

Spanish speaking travelers, we have a little difficulty with the language but the translator helps a lot, in the studio of the warner at the entrance if you pay for the audio guide, ask for an official who speaks Spanish to explain how it works and so you do not waste time guessing how it works and fully enjoy the experience, which despite the difficulty with the language was for us a wonderful and unique experience. Everything else, the logistics and punctuality of the guide were excellent.

Der Fahrer hat uns vorab mit Whattsapp informiert wann er uns am Hotel abholt. Er war super pünktlich. Die 4 Stunden im Warner Brothers Studio waren sehr beeindruckend. 

The driver informed us in advance via Whattsapp when he would pick us up at the hotel. He was super punctual. The 4 hours at Warner Brothers Studio were very impressive.

We have booked Harry Potter in London and the organisation are verry good. The pickup from the Hotel was greate incl. transfer to the Studios. We will book again by headout

Die Studiotour ist absolut fantastisch. Die Taxifahrt war aber ungenügend: der Fahrer kam über eine Stunde zu spät. Das kann vielleicht noch passieren. Allerdings wurde die Abholzeit nicht nach hinten geschoben, sodass ich für die Tour auch eine Stunde weniger Zeit hatte. 

The studio tour is absolutely fantastic. But the cab ride was inadequate: the driver was over an hour late. That might still happen. However, the pick-up time was not pushed back, so I also had an hour less time for the tour.
