Der Fahrer hat uns vorab mit Whattsapp informiert wann er uns am Hotel abholt. Er war super pünktlich. Die 4 Stunden im Warner Brothers Studio waren sehr beeindruckend. 

The driver informed us in advance via Whattsapp when he would pick us up at the hotel. He was super punctual. The 4 hours at Warner Brothers Studio were very impressive.

We have booked Harry Potter in London and the organisation are verry good. The pickup from the Hotel was greate incl. transfer to the Studios. We will book again by headout

Die Studiotour ist absolut fantastisch. Die Taxifahrt war aber ungenügend: der Fahrer kam über eine Stunde zu spät. Das kann vielleicht noch passieren. Allerdings wurde die Abholzeit nicht nach hinten geschoben, sodass ich für die Tour auch eine Stunde weniger Zeit hatte. 

The studio tour is absolutely fantastic. But the cab ride was inadequate: the driver was over an hour late. That might still happen. However, the pick-up time was not pushed back, so I also had an hour less time for the tour.

We really enjoyed the guided tour of the Harry Potter studios. It was worth booking the private tour. They explained things very well and we avoid some queues. The staff was very friendly. 🙂

De communicatie was heel duidelijk met waar we opgehaald zouden worden. Totaal geen vragen, vriendelijke tourbegeleiders en we hebben echt ruim de tijd gehad binnen de HP studio's zelf! Ik ben al lang een Potterhead, maar ik heb nog veel nieuwe dingen geleerd! En teveel geld uitgegeven natuurlijk.

Communication was very clear with where we would be picked up. Totally no questions, friendly tour guides and we really had ample time inside the HP studios themselves! I've been a Potterhead for a long time, but I still learned many new things! And spent too much money, of course.

This was my second time booking this experience the first time was the year it originally opened. So much has been added it's even more magical than the first time.

Great insights about the making of, the ideas and the many details within the Harry Potter movies. Very impressive and very well explained by our very and knowlegeable and highly motivated and smart guide Miriam (I hope the name is correct! 😉)

It was easy to find the guide, because the coordinates led you right to him. We got into the Warner Bross Harry Potter museum quickly and the tour guide was fantastic, attentive and child-centred.
