Opening time for the Royal Mews is 10am. Last admission is at 4pm and closing time is 5pm.

The Changing of the Foot Guard Ceremony at Buckingham Palace currently takes place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday (subject to availability). On other days, you will see the Changing of the Horse Guard instead.

The train was not running from where we were staying and upon calling we were denied to come at another time. Horrible customer service!!!!

Ticketing was easy and our guide Sion was fabulous! Nice tour around the palace area first with Sion and then went thru the state rooms as advertised with an audio headset which was well done!

The whole experience was very straight forward and very interesting. You wasn't being rushed to make your way through. You could take as long or as little time in each room. I would definitely go again 😊

It's a pity that the tour specifies a visit to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace when it's not possible to enter them in April.
