• People with back or neck issues, cardiac issues, those who have undergone surgery recently, and pregnant women are restricted from participating in some rides.
• This experience is accessible to wheelchair and pram/stroller users.
• For your experience, your guide dogs are welcome to join you at the theme park but are not allowed on the rides or in the zoo.
• Guests who have the proper documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket.
• Those who wish to leave the theme park and re-enter on the same day should be sure to get their hand stamped as they exit.
• Pets are not permitted on this experience.
